At Decoartions, we are committed to ensuring that your oil painting arrives in perfect condition, well-packaged, and in the shortest possible time.
Shipping Times
All orders are prepared and shipped within 1-2 business days from payment confirmation.
- Peninsular Spain: 3 to 5 business days
- Balearic and Canary Islands: 5 to 7 business days
- Europe: 5 to 10 business days
These times are approximate and may vary during periods of high demand or due to reasons beyond the carrier's control.
Specialized Packaging
Each painting is individually packaged with specific protective materials for artwork: rigid corner protectors, protective film, and a double-walled box. The goal is for your painting to arrive exactly as it left the studio.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can check the status of your shipment at any time.
