Something didn't go well? Don't worry, at DecoArtions you can return any product within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt. Just follow these instructions:

Do not discard the packaging in which the product arrived, as it will be needed to send it back to our facilities. Send us an email to with the subject line "Return," followed by your order number. We will provide you with the instructions to proceed with the return. The collection and shipping costs for the returned merchandise are covered by DecoArtions, and the customer does not have to pay anything. 

Returns will not be accepted if more than 30 calendar days have passed since the receipt of the product. You should also know that once the product arrives at our facilities, it will be inspected to ensure it is in perfect condition and with its original packaging, if applicable. The product must be returned in the same condition as it was sent.

Once we receive the product, a refund will be issued within 4 to 10 business days. We will process it quickly on our end, but sometimes banks take time to transfer the money to your account.

In most cases, returns are due to size issues. We kindly request that you measure the space to be decorated carefully to choose the correct sizes of frames (consider the length, width, and even depth). If you have any doubts, do not hesitate to contact us.

In case of a defective product or breakage during shipping If your print or artwork has arrived in poor condition, please follow these steps:

Send us an email to with the subject line "Order," followed by your order number. Explain the product's damages and send us photos of the product showing the damage and photos of the packaging it arrived in, in case we need to file a claim with the courier. We will respond to your email and provide a solution for your issue. If we made a mistake, we will either send you a new product or refund the amount paid. Claims of this nature will not be accepted after 10 calendar days from the receipt of the product.
